Everything is made to order in the UK. Here is how long that takes and what it costs.

Made to order, dispatched fast
Every Giftella product is printed for you after you order, so nothing is sitting on a shelf waiting. Even so, we do not keep you waiting:
- Order before 12pm on a working day and we make and post it the same day.
- Order after 12pm, or at a weekend or bank holiday, and it goes out on the next working day.
The delivery speed you choose in the basket then starts from the moment your parcel leaves us.
Delivery options and cost
Delivery is chosen in your basket. The cost depends on what your order comes to after any discount. Next working day means the working day after dispatch, so an order placed before 12pm on Monday normally arrives on Tuesday:

Free delivery applies automatically once your basket reaches £20 — the basket tells you how much more you need to add.
Where we deliver
We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom. We do not ship overseas at the moment. If you would like something sent abroad, email hello@giftella.uk and we will tell you whether we can help.
Tracking
When your order is posted we email you to say it is on its way. If the service used carries tracking, the tracking number and a link are in that email and on your account page. Not every service we use is tracked, so sometimes there will be no number to give you.
If something goes wrong
If your order has not arrived within a week of the expected date, email hello@giftella.uk with your order number and we will chase it or remake it. Please tell us within 30 days of the order date so we can raise it with the carrier in time.
