Are the labels really waterproof?
Yes. Our vinyl stickers are waterproof and dishwasher safe, so they stay put on water bottles, lunchboxes and pots. Hard paper is not waterproof — it is meant for dry uses like cupcake toppers and cards.
How long will my order take?
Order before 12pm on a working day and we make and post it the same day, so with next working day delivery it normally arrives the following day. Order after 12pm or at a weekend and it goes out the next working day. See shipping and delivery for the full picture.
How much is delivery?
Free next working day on orders of £20 or more. Below that it is £1.99 for 3 working days or £3.00 for next working day. Next-day orders need to be placed before 12pm.
Can I change my order after paying?
Email hello@giftella.uk as soon as you can. If we have not started printing we will change it happily. See returns and refunds.
What if I typed the name wrong?
We print exactly what you type, so please check the preview before you order. If you realise quickly, email us — if it has not gone to print we will fix it for you.
What sizes do you offer?
It depends on the product. The size choices, and the exact millimetres each one prints at, are shown on the product page as you pick them.
What is the difference between sticker and hard paper?
Sticker is waterproof vinyl that sticks to things and wipes clean. Hard paper is a sturdy card with no adhesive — good for cupcake toppers and craft.
What happens to the photo I upload?
It is stored privately, used only to print your order, and never shown publicly or given to anyone else. See our privacy policy.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not at the moment. Email us if you need something sent abroad and we will see what we can do.
How do I pay?
Card payments are handled by Stripe, and Apple Pay and Google Pay work where your device supports them. We never see or store your card details.
Do I need an account?
Yes, to place an order — it is how you see your order history and delivery updates. Signing up takes a moment and we email you a 6-digit code to confirm your address.
